Overview: As Brandt continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Field Operations Manager - Parts for the Atlantic region. This role is essential in providing direction and assistance for our customer-facing parts support functions. The Field Operations Manager is responsible for executing our strategic business objectives and enhancing the capabilities of our branch parts teams within our Peterbilt dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our customer support strategy to ensure our parts operations stand out and remain profitable.
  • Guide stores in developing succession plans for critical roles.
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews with store teams to identify focus areas for improvement.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance the performance of each department.
  • Monitor branch visit report cards to ensure clarity on action items for stores.
  • Promote 5S and Lean methodologies as they are introduced to new locations.
  • Ensure compliance with dealer audit standards across all stores.
  • Work collaboratively with Division and Regional CSA managers to deliver consistent support.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery dealership operations.
  • Expertise in Customer Support Processes, particularly in parts operations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of products, customer needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Solid grasp of branch operations related to parts.
  • Financial literacy with an emphasis on branch general ledgers.
  • Ability to impart financial knowledge to management teams.
