FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPPORT STAFF

The Centre de services scolaire des Rives-du-Saguenay caters to a diverse student population across numerous educational institutions. With a workforce of approximately 2000 committed professionals, the emphasis on exceptional service is critical. The organization is establishing a roster of skilled candidates for temporary replacements and prospective roles in various capacities.

The core responsibility of the personnel in this classification involves overseeing the comprehensive cleaning, preventative upkeep, and overall maintenance of educational facilities or buildings that encompass an area of 9,275 m2 or greater.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of secondary education or three years of pertinent general maintenance experience OR a vocational qualification in building maintenance.

COMPENSATION AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Working conditions are in accordance with the standards of the educational sector. The annual salary framework is determined by collective agreements. Candidates may undergo evaluations (such as tests and interviews) to assess their understanding of job responsibilities. Individuals who meet these qualifications are encouraged to submit their applications.

  • Class 1 Concierge: $23.24/hour
  • Class 2 Concierge: $22.59/hour
