Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential buildings, including lobbies, elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, fitness rooms, and tenant units.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and detailed cleaning of assigned areas
  • Ensuring all areas are clean and organized, including tenant units upon vacancy
  • Performing other duties as required to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience is an asset
  • Initiative, team player, flexibility, customer service, reliability, and ability to handle pressure with a positive outlook
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
