- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, efficiency, hard work, integrity, positive attitude, time management, client focus, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
