Office Administrator Position at F11 Piling Solutions

F11 Piling Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and ordering office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support, including letter writing, filing, and data entry.
  • Process financial transactions, such as travel expenses and credit card statements.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software an asset.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
