Salary Transparency
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, not the maximum salary for the role over time. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with technology needs to ensure optimal job performance.
- Resolve technical issues that hinder job functionality.
- Manage hardware setup during onboarding and maintenance throughout employee transitions.
- Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets using JIRA.
- Conduct training sessions for users on corporate applications.
- Perform day-to-day system administration tasks, including provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of laptops.
- Provide technical support to internal staff and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and network, adhering to SLA response times.
- Enhance service delivery efficiency through improved installation standards and configurations.
- Follow established onboarding processes for new hires and terminations.
- Standardize hardware and software across various departments.
- Offer technical support services across all departments.
- Research and implement new corporate applications and solutions.
- Maintain the integrity and security of Entra ID and manage user access privileges.
- Create FAQ documentation for frequently asked questions.
- Maintain Entra ID information for all employees as directed by HR.
- Ensure physical security to promote employee safety.
- Support and assist remote employees effectively.

- A customer-first mentality with a deep understanding of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, including prioritization.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven capability to provide valuable feedback and solution options based on that feedback.
