We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at HnH Immigration Inc. as a key member of our business services department.
Job Summary:The Financial Controller will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing organizational objectives. They will also represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, select executive staff, and prepare financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- Prepare final financial and other reports.
- Monitor financial control systems and internal audit.
- Analyze financial documents and reports.
- Advise senior management on financial matters.
- Establish financial and administrative controls and formulate promotional campaigns.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Parking available.
- Permanent employment.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language of work.
