Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BURGER KING. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
