Overview
The Product Engineering division is responsible for developing features from inception to completion. This includes designing data structures and implementing nuanced interaction behaviors that elevate software quality. Our team collaborates closely with UI designers and is supported by our infrastructure specialists. We strive to enhance user satisfaction through both significant new features and regular, incremental product improvements, facilitated by our continuous deployment framework. You will lead a full-stack team that employs a technology stack featuring TypeScript/React and some Scala. The LNS team is dedicated to developing a premier registration and authentication system that adheres to the latest security standards and regulations, integrates seamlessly with leading identity management frameworks, and provides an outstanding user experience. In collaboration with the Product Engineering team, you will work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists throughout the product lifecycle. You will champion engineering best practices, influence team productivity, mentor fellow engineers, and guide the balance between swift execution and quality to create a product that resonates with users.
