Job Summary:

The Expeditor and Runner is a key member of our culinary and service teams, responsible for ensuring seamless execution of dishes and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food to guests in a prompt and professional manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure plating is clean and tidy before leaving the kitchen, adhering to our high standards of presentation.
  • Transfer important information, such as special requests, between service staff and the kitchen to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in a fine dining environment is an asset, but not required.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer service.
  • Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, CIS, or a valid work permit is required.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
