Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement forecasting pipelines and business performance goals to drive growth and success.
  • Design and manage competitive intelligence processes to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and partner with design teams to drive business success.
  • Work with operations teams to evaluate live service tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and set targets for business opportunities, working with key stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives.
  • Provide creative solutions to persistent challenges and lead product strategy and prioritization discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature impact assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and analyze industry best practices for optimization, merchandising, and feature implementation.
  • Drive user and competitive research to identify user segments, highlight areas of opportunity, and present actionable findings.
  • Articulate insights methodologies and learnings to target audiences, including executives, cross-functional leaders, designers, engineers, and community members.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics, with a focus on mobile free-to-play games.
  • Proficient in data modeling, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience driving business performance metrics across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate design to business targets and goals.
  • Ability to influence with data-driven decision making.
  • Data-driven mindset, critical thinking, attention to detail, collaborative, and adaptable.
  • Passion for self-motivation, selling ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Must love creating fun, compelling, and engaging user experiences.
  • Demonstrates scientific method aptitude for testing qualitative hypotheses with quantitative data.
  • Passion for dissecting and analyzing games, systems, and features, and core game loops.
  • Relentless curiosity to understand market movers and shakers.
  • Ability to meet with international teams in SEA a plus.
  • Experience managing or deep understanding of Sports games or character collector games a plus.
  • BA/BS, quantitative or technical degree (math, economics, data science, engineering, or finance), or MBA a plus.
