Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment

The role primarily involves working outdoors in both urban and rural settings, providing a dynamic work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Help erect and dismantle structures such as concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Support the construction team in framing houses, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Level ground to meet specified grading requirements.
  • Pave and rake asphalt surfaces.
  • Assist in the demolition of buildings and removal of debris.
  • Manage the cleanup of salvaged materials and hazardous spills.
  • Operate machinery and equipment used in construction tasks.
  • Direct traffic safely at construction sites.
Transportation Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
Physical Demands

This role is physically demanding and requires:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Experience
