About the Role- Assess and plan resident care, implementing and evaluating treatment plans in collaboration with medical professionals.
- Provide leadership and oversight to health services staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Administer medications, apply dressings and treatments, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with management and health services teams to promote communication and compliance.
- Active registration with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid CPR & First Aid or BLS Certification.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
