Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Consultant to join our team at Les Services d'immigration DJP du Québec. As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the complexities of immigration law and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients.
- Counsel Individuals: Work closely with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide personalized guidance on daily-life issues related to immigration.
- Work Setting: Collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries, including business and urban areas.
- Certifications and Memberships: Maintain membership with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Security and Safety: Conduct enhanced reliability security clearance checks, driver's validity license checks, and vulnerable sector checks as required.
- Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license, be willing to travel, and own a vehicle for business purposes.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manage tight deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and handle a large workload with ease.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgment, organized, reliability, and values and ethics.
- Workplace Information: Work in a hybrid environment with a permanent work term, 40 hours per week, and bilingual language requirements.
