Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor production-related systems, responding quickly to issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide 24/7 support for infrastructure and systems across data centers and remote sites.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell and Python, and leverage DevOps tools like Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Requirements

  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, including domain services, sites, and services.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS, with a focus on VM provisioning, infrastructure maintenance, and cost optimization.
  • Strong understanding of VMware Cloud Services, including VMware, Aria, and Skyline, as well as on-prem hyper-converged infrastructure.
  • Experience with storage administration, backup management, and patching, including Dell PowerStore, NetApp, Pure Storage, and Veeam.
  • Post-secondary education or diploma in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
