Job Title: Operations Vice President

Kinterra Capital Corp. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organization's operational strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic plans and priorities.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
