Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Our team is expected to be adaptable, with a willingness to relocate as necessary. The role primarily involves working in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure effective operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Advise on and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Support cleaning staff in their daily tasks.
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
