Job Opportunity:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a skilled Snow Removal Crew Lead to join our team in Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. As a key member of our winter maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of crew members in clearing and de-icing commercial, institutional, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of crew members in snow clearing and de-icing operations
• Direct crew members in carrying out snow removal tasks
• Operate snow blowers and hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces
• Perform equipment maintenance, including inspections, fueling, and ensuring safe operation
• Lift and spread de-icing products
• Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as on-call shifts

Requirements:
• Full Ontario G license required for Lead Positions (driver's abstract required)
• 1 year experience as a crew lead in snow removal
• Cell phone with data required
• Preference given to candidates with experience using sidewalk tractors or snowrators
