Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at P GILL CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare bids and production reports
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:
