Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 632069 BC Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs, including setting work schedules and conducting performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
