About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 632069 BC Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and customer service standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs, including setting work schedules and conducting performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
