We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead initiatives and grow our technical teams with a focus on achieving company goals. You'll bring your technical expertise to guide and support our engineering department, creating an innovative environment where teams have the tools they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to understand the vision and strategy, and help develop the product roadmap.
  • Be accountable for software quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Contribute to lean software development practices through hands-on coaching and training.
  • Lead technical initiatives, including architecture and design reviews, with leaders and individual contributors.
  • Communicate key changes and concepts across the Engineering Team.
  • Oversee and manage the team's on-call rotations, ensuring long-term solutions for production incidents.

We're looking for an experienced developer, architect, or software engineer with a background in team management and leadership. You should have a proven track record of building and growing teams through continuous recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training. Expertise in continuous delivery, agile processes, SDLC, Kanban, and fostering collaborative cultures and teams is a must. Experience with PHP, Laravel, Go, JavaScript, and React is a plus.
