The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Architect to join our Insurance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive and innovative technology solutions that align with client business objectives and requirements.
  • Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights to address their business challenges.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specific technology domains, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including participating in business development activities, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documentation, including design specifications, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking ways to enhance processes, methodologies, and technologies.

About You

We are looking for a professional with 12+ years of experience in developing overall solution architecture, including delivery, application, services, integrations, and infrastructure viewpoints. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technology projects and delivering complex solutions, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, have strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Experience with leading and supporting business development activities is an asset.
