Key Responsibilities- Provide training to staff on operational duties and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to management.
- Ensure the seamless operation of all equipment.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, offering technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to align activities and objectives.
- Engage with clients post-sale to deliver ongoing support and service.
- Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficiency in the following software is essential:
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
Access to public transportation is available for commuting.
Work ConditionsThis role involves:
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
