Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to join our team at Cornerstone Christian Church of God Edmonton.

Job Summary:

The Financial Administrator will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements and reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and collecting payments
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Process transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • QuickBooks and MS Windows proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
