Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire personnel for food service roles.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for food services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile and submit regular reports on operational performance.

  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
