  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
  • Load buspans and trays for efficient service.
  • Operate dishwashers to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.

  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Hand wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as needed.
