Omnitrans is seeking a visionary leader to drive business development initiatives and brand management. As a Market Intelligence & Strategic Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans using various sales arguments and tactics to drive new business.
  • Research and analyze market intelligence to identify geographic opportunities and competitor information.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business development initiatives via multiple channels and lead action plans that result in new meetings and/or new business.
  • Schedule and attend conventions, conferences, and tradeshows to identify attendees, prepare engaging displays, and provide post-event reports and analysis.
  • Develop and update detailed competitor database.
  • Obtain, maintain, analyze, and communicate market-based information for intelligent decision making.
  • Manage RFPs and quarterly business review presentations.
  • Assist in the design and execution of service innovations.
  • Plan and participate in annual sales meeting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or commerce.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic business & market development.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a creative flair.
  • Comfortable in front of a crowd and/or a prospective client.
  • Innovative thinker with a strong understanding and appreciation for differentiation.
  • A proven storyteller with impeccable writing skills and the ability to create content.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-oriented and committed to excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify root causes and find win/win solutions.
  • Perfectly Bilingual (English and French; written & spoken).
  • Well organized with an emphasis on prioritization.
