Job Summary

This position is responsible for the counting and movement of cash assets from the gaming floor while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivate and lead by example, and support the learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Count and verify cash assets, including bills, coins, and cash equivalents
  • Organize and secure the storage of count carts, drop boxes, drop buckets, and bill cartridges for count pulls
  • Report suspect cash and cash equivalents to management
  • Verify and reconcile before and after counts to ensure accuracy
  • Bag, bundle, secure, and transport counts to designated areas
  • Provide information for reporting purposes and communicate effectively with operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external guests
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume cash handling and counting
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment

  • Back office environment, standing or sitting for long periods of time, non-traditional work hours
