Your Role
As a Lead Business Analyst at Magnet, you will join a dynamic team focused on technology and process enhancements aimed at optimizing our operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to define departmental objectives and strategize on achieving them.
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions to comprehend complexities and resource needs.
  • Evaluate both process and technical solutions for the development and deployment of new system functionalities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to business leaders and team members in designing efficient business processes.
  • Document processes, policies, and support materials for team reference.
  • Assist technical consultants in creating documentation for existing and future applications.
  • Provide change management support during system rollouts.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in implementing and enhancing dynamic business processes and systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating with finance business teams.
  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles.
