Service Advisor

Budds' Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and provide recommendations
- Work closely with Service Technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on technical and product information to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an automotive environment
- Basic mechanical and automotive product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
