Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment at O & O SC Mayfield Common Ltd. This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and financial acumen.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and complete financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Maintain and organize inventory efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
