  • Act as a liaison with the Host/Hostess team to ensure tables are set up for guest needs and are ready in time for reservations
  • Relay important information, such as special requests or allergies, between Servers and Kitchen
  • Assist in the delivery of menu items from Kitchen or Bar to tables, to maintain efficient service times
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Serving it Right Certification
