Senior Financial Analyst, North America Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America Marketing team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP Marketing to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for the North American eCommerce business.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting process for the Canadian and US eCommerce channels, including building forecasts tailored to each country.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze KPIs, draw insights from the business, and collect supplementary data to support the build of annual, monthly, and daily sales forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze P&Ls to understand the unique business drivers of eComm along with Marketing projects and Supply Chain spend allocation.
- Build models and other ad-hoc analysis to support initiatives in the Canadian and US market.
- Forecast and track Canadian capital expenditures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a financial planning and analysis role.
- Professionally designated as a CPA, MBA, or another equivalent financial designation.
- Prior experience in retail/wholesale channels for an apparel-based or CPG company.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to share business insights and support them in understanding their business.
- Advanced excel skills, including the use of complex formulas and pivot tables, and experience building excel templates and models.
- Executive level communication and presentation ability is required, both written and verbal.
