Job Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at People Corporation. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of our operations through effective administrative support and front desk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients visiting in person or reaching out via phone.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from guests and clients promptly and professionally.
  • Execute various administrative tasks including filing, scanning, faxing, shredding, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence by sorting, opening, logging, and distributing mail to the relevant departments.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure they are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Review and process forms, invoices, and courier deliveries.
  • Address and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A completed secondary education diploma.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an office setting.
  • Proficient understanding of standard office administrative practices and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a talent for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adhere to established company policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive public relations both internally and externally.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in both official languages (French/English).
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Office Administration.
