About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at Headwaters Health Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead patient access and flow management 24/7, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Facilitate inter-professional team meetings to discuss patient care and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Provide administrative support to departments and staff during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes professional practice and patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with inter-professional teams and community partners to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current registration from an Ontario Health Professions College.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent leadership experience and 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and team building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated patient and family-centered philosophy and focus on patient and staff safety.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
