Make-up Artist

At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a skilled Make-up Artist to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for creating and applying makeup for various productions, ensuring that our on-air talent looks their best.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply makeup to meet production requirements, working closely with our team to ensure a seamless and professional finish.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of makeup techniques, trends, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with our creative team to bring our vision to life, using your expertise to enhance the overall aesthetic of our productions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that our on-air talent feels confident and comfortable in their appearance.
- Vocational diploma in makeup artistry or relevant diploma.
- At least two years of experience in TV or film makeup.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
