Make-up Artist

At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a skilled Make-up Artist to join our team. As a Make-up Artist, you will be responsible for performing makeup duties in cooperation with our staff to meet production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform makeup duties in cooperation with the various staff to meet production requirements.
- Adapt makeup to the situation, taking into account the requirements of the role, the person's natural characteristics, costumes, planned attire, and ambient lighting.
- Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
- Work effectively in a tight-deadline environment and under pressure.
- Be able to work irregular hours, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
- Vocational diploma in makeup artistry or other relevant diploma.
- Two (2) or more years' makeup experience in TV or film.
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a high level of professionalism. If you have a passion for makeup and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Please note that these are casual (on-call, part-time) opportunities, and shifts may include being assigned to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
