About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Information Specialist to join our team at BioAro Inc. as a key member of our data management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Administration: Operate and manage database management systems to analyze and process large datasets.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Research and Documentation: Conduct research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policies to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • User Requirements: Collect and document user requirements to ensure data meets business needs.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
