We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating complex claims, managing stressful calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate complex claims, including theft, disappearance of jewelry, wind claims, and CAT claims
- Manage stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions to customers
- Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule and prioritize tasks
- Provide a great customer experience and ensure timely resolution of claims
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
- Working towards the CIP designation is an asset
- Minimum of 1 year of claims adjusting or related experience
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
