About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Five Arrows Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and layout building plans in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a sturdy and secure structure.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours of work per week in a fast-paced construction environment.
