Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VASP Team Member - Cleaning Operations Specialist to join our team at PSSI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, adhering to strict quality control and bacterial standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend safety meetings at the beginning of each shift to review safety protocols and procedures.
  • Don personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to commencing duties and ensure it is properly inspected and maintained.
  • Receive assignments from supervisors regarding cleaning areas and tasks.
  • Retrieve cleaning supplies and equipment from storage rooms and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as squeegees and hoses, to effectively clean floors and surfaces.
  • Dispose of waste and debris in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.
