About the Role:

Trek Bicycle Canada ULC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including bikes, components, and accessories.
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, including product recommendations and demonstrations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the cycling industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
