IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking candidates for an apprenticeship role within a partner organization.
Educational Path:
This position is designed for individuals pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Finance through a 12-month alternating contract. The academic component will take place at the Laval institution, with 70% of the training occurring in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating closely with the company's accountant and group treasurer, and under the guidance of the financial management team, your duties will encompass:
- General and analytical bookkeeping
- Reviewing financial documents
- Recording or transferring financial entries
- Overseeing banking activities (transaction registration, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- Managing payments (and/or receipts, disputes, discrepancies, etc.)
Candidate Profile:
- Exhibit consistency and dependability
- Skilled in computer applications
- Capable of providing constructive suggestions
- Responsive to assigned tasks
- Excellent written communication abilities
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree + 2 or equivalent ECTS credits is required – pursuing a Bachelor's Degree + 3 is preferred.
Compensation Structure:
Salary will range from 43% to a percentage of the minimum wage scale, in accordance with the apprentice contract.
