Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at ROWDY'S BIRD RESTAURANT. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
