About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for our web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that our products are user-friendly and accessible.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and apply that knowledge to our products.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • Experience designing adaptive and responsive end-to-end mobile and web experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines including product, engineering, content, research, etc.
  • Comfortable presenting work to all levels of leadership.
  • Previous experience with Agile design/development methodology.
  • Familiar with Human-Centered Design processes and practices.
