KF Aerospace is seeking a dedicated Flight Operations Specialist to support our state-of-the-art Pilot Training program for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily flight training schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive daily flight training schedules for students.
  • Manage and dispatch daily flying missions, responding promptly to any emergencies that may arise.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate flight itineraries within the TIMS system and manage all Flight Operations Desk records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably within an aviation environment.
  • Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Enhanced Reliability Clearance.
  • Possession of a valid Radio Operators Certificate.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to military-style protocols and procedures.
