About the Role

Woodlands North Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position located in Edmonton, AB, focused on supporting operational efficiencies and business management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and cash flow management strategies;
  • Design and implement business policies and processes;
  • Manage records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable;
  • Administer payroll and benefits;
  • Prepare and present key performance indicators (KPIs) reports;
  • Provide office administration and support;
  • Ensure accurate and timely year-end documentation;
  • Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Business Administration, or Accounting;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role;
  • Knowledge of current small business best practices;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (preferably QuickBooks);
  • Strong leadership, quality, safety, and customer service focus;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • IT or safety program management knowledge or experience is an asset.
