As a key member of the Biznes Financial Services Inc team, the Business Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning office services, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Additionally, the Business Operations Manager will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also be responsible for supervising 1-2 people and working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key skills and qualifications include MS Office proficiency, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
