Your Role

In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of learning within LendCare. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our new hire training programs, ongoing professional development initiatives, and project-specific learning materials.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a variety of learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of instructional design.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for learning and development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and developing engaging learning content.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and other relevant software.
