Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Fox Creek. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise and Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and making sales recommendations.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security, and maintenance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
